One of the best ways to experience San Juan Island is by kayak. Another way to enjoy the outdoors on San Juan Island is camping. Our 3 day and 5 day kayak tours offer the combined experience and adventure. Traveling between islands guided by the most knowledgeable and experienced guides enable you to relax and take in the beauty of the region. Each camp area offers a different perspective on the islands. Campsites are all maintained my the Washington State Parks, have designated camping areas with picnic tables and outhouses. Most camp areas have potable water easing the need to carry heavy loads of water between campsites.
The waterways around the San Juan’s are known to be rich with wildlife. Most famously know for killer whales, it is important to note there are many other amazing animals that inhabit the area. Seals and Sea Lions are commonly seen around the area hauled out on rocky outcrops or traveling the coastline in search of food. Smaller porpoise travel throughout the region feeding on schools of fish. Though many come for the killer whales they are happily surprised to see bald eagles atop many trees along the coast. From Spring to early Fall we have various seabirds that congregate in the San Juan’s. Kayaking the San Juan Islands is a great way to enjoy the wildlife of the region. Traveling under human power with minimal disturbance provides the perfect platform for whale watching and wildlife viewing.

With groups of 4 or more we can generally accommodate any date on the calendar. If you are organizing a grouper larger than 8 guest inquire about discounts.
